Jesteśmy szkołą podstawową tylko dla chłopców, znajdującą się w Donacarney, Mornington, Co Meath, na wschodnim wybrzeżu Irlandii, w odległości 8 km od portowego miasta Drogheda oraz 40 km na północ od Dublina, stolicy Irlandii. Jesteśmy katolicką szkołą, a większość naszych uczniów to Irlandczycy, ale mamy także uczniów z innych wyznań i narodowości. Pomagamy uczniom z trudnościami w uczeniu się oraz ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Nasza szkoła bardzo interesuje się sportem. Uczniowie trenują typowo irlandzkie dyscypliny sportowe, takie jak: hurling, gaelic czy piłkę ręczną, ale również rugby, lekkoatletykę, tenisa oraz pływanie. Większość chłopców rozwija swoje zdolności sportowe również poza szkołą. Ponadto, bardzo interesujemy się ochroną środowiska i ekologią. Nasza szkoła dwukrotnie otrzymała Zieloną Flagę (narodową nagrodę), za wkład pracy włożony do zachęcania uczniów do bycia bardziej proekologicznym.
We are a boys` primary school located in Donacarney, Mornington, Co Meath, which is situated on the east coast of Ireland, 8km from Drogheda and forty km north of Dublin. We are a Catholic school and most of our pupils are Irish. But we also welcome pupils from other faiths and nationalities. We cater for children with learning difficulties and special needs in most of our classes. Our school is very interested in sports. Students receive coaching in the Irish sports of hurling, gaelic and handball as well as rugby, athletics, tennis and swimming. Most of our boys are also involved in sports outside of school. We also have a keen interest in the environment and in ecological issues. Our school have received two Green Flags (national award) for our work in encouraging our pupils to be more eco friendly.
